What happens next
Open the confirmation link sent to your registered email. We verify the request and check that paid subscriptions have been cancelled. Your account and eligible marketplace data are permanently removed. Data removed
Your profile, adverts, uploaded advert media, saved vehicles and searches, and personal enquiry data are deleted.
Data we may retain
Transaction, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and security records may be retained for the period required or permitted by law. Payment providers such as PayPal and external marketplaces such as eBay control their own records.
Active paid plan? Cancel it in Plans & billing first. We will not delete an account while a subscription may still renew.
