Advert description

Welcome to my very reluctant (and very long!) sale listing for my BMW, which I've had for 8 years and done 30,000 miles in.  I'm only selling because, after a lifetime of driving manual cars, I think it's time make to life easier and have an automatic.  Although it's a reluctant sale, that doesn't mean I'll take peanuts for it.  That said, it's not easy to put a value on it as there seem to be so few of these left.  Though I'm not going to try to say that the value will only go up and it will be worth a fortune in the future. Another treatment wouldn't hurt.  Last year 4 new Goodyear tyres were fitted.  The recent MOT work included two new brake calipers on the rear.  Fronts were replaced a few years ago. Brakes are very good (fluid was completely changed a few years ago) and the handbrake got adjusted for the recent MOT. Two years ago, a small amount of welding was carried out on the sills, new front wings fitted, rear arches repaired with new steel, and the sides completely professionally resprayed. Both sides are still immaculate.  Bonnet has a few touched-in stone chips and very minor scratches.  Roof and boot are near perfect.  No rust visible anywhere.  This work alone cost £2500 but there is unfortunately no…
