Hi Everyone,Thank you for looking. I'm selling my BMW 118d 2.0L sport (not Msport) coupe. Stop Start Tech. Part leather seats.This is being sold as spares or repairs because the gearbox has jammed.The car has been a pleasure to own and drive from day 1.Although it shows as 3 owners on the log book, I've owned the car from brand new. I gave it to my daughter several years ago but after several months she wanted to get something else and I didn't want to sell it so I kept it.In January this year someone kindly drove into the car while parked (drivers rear wheel arch, see picture) and drove off.In April I was about 2 miles from home driving along a country lane, I pulled in to let someone pass and put it in to first gear and that was it. When you push the clutch down the vehicle rolls but won't move when you bring the clutch up to engage.I popped the bonnet when taking pictures and the latch has a problem, probably related to not being used as it was ok last time I opened the bonnet. I've bought a new latch for the new owner.The engine runs very well ( I can whatsapp a video of it running and revving up) . The tyres are in decent shape (run flat tyres) the 2 on the rear haven't covered many miles.MOT 159k miles. The first 100k was mostly motorway miles. £35 road tax. On the motorway I got 60 mpg .I've left it on the drive since April and got quotes for gearbox replacement /fitting but it was too much money for me so I'm reluctantly letting it go.Cash or bank transfer on collection.
