2014 FORD FOCUS ST2 250 SPARES OR REPAIRS KNOCKING ENGINE2014 Ford focus ST250 spares or repairs. I had a new timing chain fitted then not long after the engine started knocking. It also started losing oil. The car still starts and sounds normal while cold and at idle. Once revved up it starts to knock and gets worse once warm. I’ve been told it’s probably the big end and nothing to do with the new chain. The car has scratches all around and could probably do with a wrap. All tyres need replacing,I took the new ones off and put some duff tyres on it to keep it rolling. Parcel shelf is missing. Only has one key. I highly advise that you come and see it. Would make a good project for someone with the tools and knowledge.Car is completely standard. Car will need to be trailered away. I can arrange delivery with a local lad I know at the buyers cost. I’ll need a postcode to get a price.Buyer to make contact and pay a £100 deposit within 2 hours to secure the car. Otherwise the car will be relisted.
