Advert description
Mini Cooper S Automatic (Spares or Repairs)Over the past few months this little mini has received a lot of love but sadly the money has run out and a lot of love is still needed to bring this car back to how it should be.When working it is a lovely car to drive and a lot of fun.The good bits:The car has had brand new brake pads and discs fitted along with all four tyres replaced and a brand new alloy fitted to the front near-sideThere was an oil leak coming from the engine and the oil filter housing. Both have been repairedAll doors have had a small amount of welding and been re-sealed. This was done to remove corrosion and slow down further corrosionA new speed sensor has been fittedThe drive belt has been replaced A new windscreen has been fitted along with wiper blades Since this work was done the car has only been driven approximately 10 miles.New front xenon headlamps have recently been installed The supercharger and convertible roof are in working order A pioneer DEH-4500 BT radio has been installed The bad bits:The car was put through a pre MOT inspection where it was identified that the rear axel bushes would need replacingIt was also identified that the front crash bar was compromised I have been advised that the car is not economically viable to repair. So it needs to be a real labour of love to get back on the road.Alternatively there are a lot of new and very good parts so could be used on other projects. The new parts on their own are £1000, there are plenty of other parts someone with the time to pull it all apart and use for other projects. Viewings welcome. Feel free to ask for any further information
