 This car won car of the show at peugeot festival (the biggest peugeot show in the UK) Peugeot 207 THP Spider Fully operational, recently refreshed with a host of upgrades and race ready.. This car  (Chassis 22) is one of three Spiders known to be in the UK.. There are thought to be less than half a dozen Spiders still race ready in the world. About Chassis 22. Stripped to a bare frame and completely rebuilt by UK Motorsport engineering / F1 specialists TDF and developed/updated for 2018 with new Shiftec paddle shift system, radiators, new wheel option, gearbox upgrade etc. at a cost of over £20,000. The car is extremely clean and tidy and has a huge amount of life remaining on the engine and the gearbox has just had a £4000 rebuild to 0KM spec. Since being rebuilt the car has only competed in a few sprint races and covered around 200KM of track day use. It has done no wheel to wheel racing since it has been in the UK and is one of the very few of the original Spiders to have not been damaged during it's time in the THP Championship. The car has an impressive race history with numerous wins and podiums and has been highly competitive throughout its life. The Full Spec of the car is listed below: Engine: – Peugeot "Prince" EP6 4 Cylinder Turbocharged with Direct Injection. – THP Evolution Package with "Twin intercooler" dual intercoolers and larger turbo. – Power – Peugeot/Mygale state 230bhp for the Evolution spec engine. When measured on a hub dyno the engine produced 226.7bhp. – Torque – Peugeot/Mygale state 250NM. When measured on a hub dyno the engine produced 292NM at 4000RPM. – Large capacity catch tank to FIA/MSA spec. – Open low loss air filter. – Side pod mounted radiators (both less than 300KM covered) – TDF developed UK circuit legal blown diffuser exhaust system built by CTE to the highest standards. The exhaust is repackable and meets noise everywhere in the UK including Bedford. – Peugeot Sport THP Evolution cat removal front pipe. – Major service completed 190KM ago with new DI HP fuel pump, coils, bore scope, sump off rod bearing check, belts, pullies and associated parts. 2900KM total on engine.
