I purchased this vehicle over a year ago to scratch an itch I had. The vehicle had a few months mot on so thought I could run it and see what would be needed to keep it roadworthy. I booked it in with a garage I worked at and let's just say, it needed work! It needed Brake disc and pads all round, 2 wheel bearings and a rear caliper. I was aware of the engine light that was on which didn't concern me as I knew it had a de-cat, the was an airbag light on which I knew nothing of.I had the NSR caliper replaced as well as a front and rear wheel bearings and disc and pads, the pads had fallen apart. This work put the ABS light on, so there was an issue with either the wrong part, or the workmanship!With it being a second car and an itch, the vehicle was never used.I booked it in for an MOT to see just what needed sorting and although not a disaster, but more than I had anticipated.
