For sale our Mercedes Vito van for spares or repair. Open to offers.  Drives fine and has MOT til November 26. Has white smoke coming from exhaust, so guessing head gasket, although haven't had this professionally diagnosed. Did try the Steel Seal head gasket repair but it didn't work. Were guessing its terminal and it'll need either a new engine or head gasket if someone has the expertise and time  or inclination to do this. The van is aged and paintwork a bit faded and tatty but its not got a rust problem, the mechanic said it was the cleanest Vito he'd ever seen for its age. Has 137k miles on the clock. It had a new turbo fitted last year.Also needs a new track rod end, and new spare tyre as using current one on van and haven't replaced it yet, and also the parking sensors not working, it continuously beeps when you're reversing, which is quite annoying – not that these are terminal issues but certainly they need attention.Could be good for parts or worth a repair for someone. Its a little small in the front for us, we need a family car really so decided to sell this rather than pay for the work that needs doing.  Pick up from Paddock Wood, welcome to view, or could potentially deliver please message for details.
