I am selling my much loved family car which I have owned for 6 years and looked after. Serviced every year and with 12 months MOT. 2 keys and user manual. A good runner and reliable starter and lots of miles left in the excellent diesel engine. Currently 139500 miles, but we are running it a couple of times a week to keep everything in order, so this may increase a little. All repair and service documents available. New steering rack, tyres and polarised windscreen this year. Some minor marks to bodywork, as befits the age and regular usage of the vehicle. This car was built for travel and holidays – fitted with extra storage overhead, under seats and floor and sides, roof bars, extra front fog lights, lower boot space with spare wheel and protective light cages. The back hatch is designed to function as a roof extension so you can sit on the tailgate, eat a picnic, watch the sunset or whatever under shelter. So many happy family trips in this car, which easily carries five people and their luggage with room to spare. Also a great workhorse – the back flattens out and rear seats are removeable for van mode. Move furniture with ease, use for your business or make as many tip runs as you like, without incurring van penalties. Economical and powerful – handles the Peak District hills with ease. Great visibility and comfortable elevated driving position. Some minor niggles – 2 advisories on last MOT – needs new numberplate bulb and has an eccentric indicator switch – the indicator does not always click and turn off and needs a gentle nudge. Not an MOT failure and perfectly safe to drive, just be aware of it. Replacement units are available on this site for £20 – 60 and my local garage quoted £120 to fit one, if you want to replace it. Lastly there is an intermittent coolant sensor light, indicating low coolant – it has done this since I bought the car and I have always kept the coolant at a good level. Does not affect driving and goes off after a minute. This car is a brilliant all rounder with a couple of minor and easily fixable glitches, but 100% road safe and ready to go.
