Hello Thinking of selling or possibly swapping my classic 1997 bmw 840ci sport (E31) It's a 4.4 (non vanos so no issues) v8 petrol It's on 167k miles used a lot so will rise , goes to a lot of shows and events as well2 keys Service history comes with the car too Gets attention everywhere you take it Owned the car over 2 years now and it's had 1000s spent on it, it's been all over  Europe to Italy,Germany, France,Belgium and all over the uk, did a lap of the Nurburgring The car drives amazing, engine is smooth and reliable, gearbox works perfect as it should When I first got it it had welding on the sills done, new wings,new rear arches fitted and painted, bonnet was painted and the sunroof The bodywork is clean for a car that's 30 years old, it does have a few small marks on some panels but it's not brand new, stone chips on front bumper from being low, no rust on arches The interior is fully original and kept as clean as it can be, drivers seat has some bolster wear, I got the headlining, pillar trim and sunroof covers all re trimmed last year in Alcantara black costing over £500, the steering wheel rim was also done Mods -18" hart alloy wheels (ac schnitzer reps)-Mts technic adjustable coilovers with adjustable top mounts -full custom exhaust with smaller back boxes (loud but not shocking) -usdm side markers -steering wheel -BT retro radio -spacers -braided brake lines -coilover socks-strut brace -Nankang tyres -dealer style plates -k and n filter-drilled and grooved brakes all round -blue calipers It had new arms,bushes, drop links,brakes and bearings last year, serviced every 6 monthsLooking for offers around 16k or potential swaps for other cars, I'd consider another classic bmw, Porsche, or just something cool and on par with my car These car just go up and up in value the rarer they get I'm based in Edinburgh Thank you
